Kaitlyn joined the Ingleside Animal Hospital team in 2024 and brings with her a strong foundation in animal care. She completed her Veterinary Assistant training in 2019 and is currently working toward obtaining her Certified Veterinary Technician license. Kaitlyn has diverse experience in the animal care field, including work in animal shelters, adoption coordination, fostering, dog walking and training, and participation in a non-profit organization, the Feral Cat Coalition, where she was involved in trap-neuter-return programs for feral cats.
Kaitlyn has always had a deep connection to animals, and there has never been a time in her life when she was not surrounded by them. Originally from California, she recently relocated to Arizona to be closer to family. During her time in high school, she was an active member of the National FFA Organization, where she bred and showed rabbits. She also participated in educational reptile shows aimed at teaching children about these fascinating animals.
Kaitlyn finds great fulfillment in building relationships not only with animals but also with their owners, and she enjoys sharing her love for animals with others. At home, Kaitlyn has a 5-year-old Red Heeler named Colty and a 19-year-old cat named Gracie. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing, and she is also a history enthusiast.
Kaitlyn’s diverse background, dedication to animal well-being, and passion for fostering positive connections with both pets and owners make her a valued member of our team at Ingleside Animal Hospital. Her lifelong passion for animal welfare drives her commitment to providing excellent care for all animals.
