Chance's picture was sent to me by a friend who was looking for homes on behalf of Rescued animals. When I saw the picture I immediately called. My husband and I went to see Chance and immediately fell in love with him. His charisma, personality and spunkiness made me want him to be part of our family.
At first Chance was quite the instigator, causing problems chewing up belongings, getting into food, digging holes all over the yard and just keeping us on our toes! After time he got use to us and we got use to him. We took him for car/truck rides, let him stay over with friends and made sure he got walked a lot!
Whenever we walked Chance to the park, people driving by would actually stop in the road and comment on what a beautiful animal he was and how the wished they had a dog like that! At th park children would always run up to pet his husky fur. Chance like to be the dominant dog at the park and would scare other little doggies there!
I have to say in the short time we had Chance he really became part of our family, he would even sign his name on birthday, Christmas and other holiday cards.
I am glad we were able to have him in our lives for this time but am heartbroken over the loss we feel. We will never forget you Chance, you were the best dog ever!!!!!
